Registered Home Manager

Michelle joined Forest Oaks as Home Manager in July 2017. Her previous employment was with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where she worked as an Inspector of adult services which included inspections at residential and nursing homes. Originally Michelle trained as a social worker, later specialising in elderly care which then led her to a career with the CQC. Michelle worked with the CQC for a number of years as an Inspector for adult services. Michelle now wants to see what she can achieve working on the provider side of care, bringing her extensive experience and knowledge of excellent care provision into practice at Forest Oaks.

Sue is our Activities Co-ordinator for Forest Oaks and she is responsible for organising and running the activities, trips and events at Forest Oaks. Sue works hard to befriend all of our residents to ensure that she can improve their wellbeing wherever possible and ensure that their social needs are being met.

Agnes works part time with Sue Winter to help deliver the activities programme at Forest Oaks. Agnes also works with the housekeeping team at Forest Oaks. Agnes is popular with residents and enjoys helping everyone to participate in the activities if they wish.

Our dedicated housekeeping team work hard to ensure that the home maintains its high standards of cleanliness. The team take care of the housekeeping in all areas of the home including the laundry.
