Little Haven - Registered Home Manager

Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 1998, Alison has worked across the Health and Social Care sector, with over 8 years in Leadership and Management positions in the community, inpatient and residential services.

Alison is passionate about delivering person-centered services that focus on ensuring each residents’ quality of life as well as their comfort and safety. Research shows that engagement in personally satisfying, purposeful and meaningful activities improves people’s health and well-being, and Alison is keen to value residents’ life experiences and harness their hidden talents, by involving them, their families and friends, in all aspects of their stay at Little Haven.

Michelle Presdee

Michelle Presdee

Forest Oaks - Registered Home Manager

Michelle joined Forest Oaks as Home Manager in July 2017. Her previous employment was with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where she worked as an Inspector of adult services which included inspections at residential and nursing homes. Originally Michelle trained as a social worker, later specialising in elderly care which then led her to a career with the CQC. Michelle worked with the CQC for a number of years as an Inspector for adult services. Michelle now wants to see what she can achieve working on the provider side of care, bringing her extensive experience and knowledge of excellent care provision into practice at Forest Oaks.

Dr. Eileen Thomas

Dr. Eileen Thomas

Head of Professional Practice

Dr. Eileen Thomas has worked for many years in management positions in the health and social care sector including a career with the Care Quality Commission and a role as a Specialist Advisor in the care of frail older people. She is a highly experienced care professional and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Wilverley Association. Eileen works across both homes providing support and guidance to the home managers and care teams on clinical issues.

Alistair McGregor

Alistair McGregor

Finance Manager

Alistair oversees the financial and accounting functions of The Wilverley Association. He has had a long career in the finance sector working for large corporations and brings a sound knowledge of financial systems and process to both homes.

Lisa Street

Lisa Street

Facilities Manager

Lisa oversees the facilities and housekeeping at both homes. She is responsible for inspecting rooms, re-development, maintenance, contracts, management of the housekeeping team, health & safety and security of the home. Lisa and her team ensure our residents feel safe and secure at all times.

Lisa has worked with the Wilverley Association for a number of years, joining in 2000 as a Health Care Assistant and then moving across to the housekeeping department and progressing up to her current management role.
